I discovered PBS when I googled Mark McShane's "Seance on a Wet Afternoon", a book I needed for researching a book I'm writing. McShane's book is not in my library system and I don't want to pay at least $18 for acceptable copies at Amazon. Wonder of wonders, there is a copy to be ordered right away because the book was listed as just "Seance" so it probably didn't show up in some searches. I ordered it right away. I have this acquisitive habit of picking up excellent paperback copies of familiar titles like the classics from Goodwill and public library sales with the self-promise that I'll re-read the title at some future date. Well, after a while, these books are so much space-eaters at my house so I've converted them to currencies for exchange for urgent titles I need. THANKS PBS!

Love, Love this site. My niece turned me onto it, and i have been addicted ever since. It is great to share books and spread the word about authors, likes and dislikes. Great site.........keep it up. To members: make sure you can meet the requestors conditions before sending. This can be a problem if you are not paying attention.
