A short collection of food related advice, this book is a breeze to read. The "notes" like; "never freeze meat twice", "dare to do less" and "a dish is only as good as what goes into it" don't present new information to the experienced cook. However, the reader who enjoys food and cooking will enjoy dipping in to this book.
