Since Brendas list is getting huge the anthologies just arent gonna fit so Im making a list here. Let me know if there are any I should add. Right now the list will be short because Im just getting started :)

I'll try to add in if there are shorts that fit into a series like Dresden Files or the Souther Vamp series when I get the list a bit bigger.

There is actually a whole bunch of the "Once Upon" books.  In addition to Once Upon a Dream, Once Upon a Midnight and Once Upon a Kiss, it includes:

Once Upon a Castle

Once Upon a Rose

Once Upon a Star

The same authors (Nora Roberts, Marianne Willman, Ruth Ryan Langan, and Jill Gregory) write stories for these books and also Moon Shadows, which you already have listed.  I would call the Once Upon books "paranormal light" with more emphasis on the romance and magic.
