Driven To Distraction : Recognizing and Coping with Attention Deficit Disorder from Childhood Through Adulthood
Review Date: 1/16/2013

I enjoyed this book very much, and was shocked by the many different aspects of ADD/ADHD. There is so much more than hyper-activity with these disorders, and sometimes, hyper-activity isn't even a factor. So many concerns of mine were answered with this book. Another thing I really liked, was the numerous examples of different families and their struggles, and the recommended solutions.

It is a very good book for general ailments/conditions/issues for women, but it does not go beyond the basics. A great book for quick reference.

Love as a Way of Life: Seven Keys to Transforming Every Aspect of Your Life

The book has a lot of positive, good ideas, but it was pretty simplistic. There wasn't anything profound that got me really thinking.
