This anthology makes use of one of the most pronounced themes in science fiction---the 'What if...?'
What if a single battle is won by the other side instead of the way it happened in our own world? Would the entire war have gone the other way? Who or what else would be altered with that single change? How far would the effects reach out?
An excellent collection!
