Books? Used to be that when I wanted a book my first stop would be Amazon.com. Not anymore! I can't tell you when the last was that I BOUGHT a book! My first stop now is always Paperbackswap. Chances are the book is there for free. AND, let's not underestimate the importance to those of us who love real, actual, paper books of being able to pass them on to other bibliophiles. No more hauling them off to the library for their (maybe) sales, or begging the relatives and friends to please take a few! You will know your books are going to someone who really wants them. Paperbackswap is the best book idea in ages!

I recently finished reading "Clowns of God." Even though it was fiction, it struck me of the parallels with the Papacy of Benedict XVI and his resignation. All in all, it was a good read and I'm looking forward to receiving Morris West's two others books in this series.
